To order from us, please email us at
order@ojobacollective.com or telephone us at (360) 468-FAIR between 10-5 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Please make sure to have the item number, and any necessary color or size specifications ready when you call or email to place your order.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, money orders and cashiers checks. Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks. For credit card orders, we will need your security code on the back of your credit card. This is the last 3 or 4 digits of your credit card number on the signature block on the back of your credit card. We will also need your full billing address and telephone number.
Taxes
Washington State residents please add 7.7% Sales Tax.
Shipping
For larger items, like drums, we ship DHL Ground and you will be sent a tracking number so you can go to
www.dhl.com or call 1-800-call-DHL to track your shipment. We cannot ship DHL Ground to PO Boxes.
For smaller items, we ship Postal Service or DHL Ground, depending on size.
Shipping Time
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders arrive 2-7 business days after shipping, depending on region and shipping method.
Return Policy
If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your fair trade purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange, credit or refund within 10 days of delivery. The item purchased must remain unaltered or package will be returned to sender with a COD for the amount of shipping. All returns must be properly packed. No COD return shipments please.
Damaged Goods
We pack all of our products with care and we insure each item sent. Should damage occur with DHL shipping, please contact DHL directly at 1-800-Call-DHL. Be sure to hold onto your packaging for return to DHL.
