SHIPPING
Retail Customers
We ship USPS or Fed Ex Home Delivery on all E-Shop and telephone retail orders.
Wholesale Customers
For wholesale orders we ship using our “preferred business rates” with Fed Ex Ground.
SHIPPING TIME
We usually get orders processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary, but customers usually receive orders within 3 -7 business days from the time it is shipped.
RETURN POLICY
Retail Customers
If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for credit or refund within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return postage and we do not accept COD return shipments. Thank you.
Shea butter customers: The uneven texture and “nutty smell” of pure, unrefined shea butter are normal and natural characteristics of handcrafted shea butter and cause for celebration and not alarm!
